Il parere della Guida Michelin
The temple of Lolei, erected in 889, was the last to be built in the Roluos region, before its architect, Yasovarman I, moved his capital to Angkor. A contemporary pagoda was constructed on the same platform, in order to preserve the place's sacred vocation. The temple originally stood on an island in the middle of the massive baray (reservoir) Indratataka, since dried up. This baray was the first large scale basin (3.8km/2.3mi long and 880m/2890ft wide) of the Angkorian period.
