At the helm, patron Holger Stehr serves up engaging modern cuisine in the form of a five- to eight-course menu. You are welcomed by Martina Kraemer-Stehr, who is trained as a sommelier and responsible for the friendly and well-drilled service. The wine list and recommendations never fail to impress.
