There is no question as to the rich heritage of the Barrière de Transinne, but rather than the ubiquitous olde worlde clichés, this former hunting lodge is a picture of modernity and Ardennes hospitality. Enticing gastronomic nosh is served à la carte and in set menus (named after the owners’ sons). A fervent upholder of Gallic culinary traditions, the Barrière respects its region and the seasons.
