Both the à la carte and tasting menus offer well-crafted European dishes strewn with Asian accents. To start, try their signature tofu in an ethereal panko crust, topped with mushrooms, leeks, truffle, bonito flakes and a foie gras emulsion or you might sample their beurre blanc ice cream with fine de Claire oyster, caviar and hazelnut foam.
