Remaining true to his "village café" theme, which reinterprets recipes handed down from mothers and grandmothers, the chef proposes fine bistronomy cuisine at affordable prices. The simple food is made from carefully selected ingredients. Memorable dishes include a simply addictive pain perdu made with brioche served with ice cream and caramel sauce. A safe bet every time.
