The decor is eccentric and fun, with a horn chandelier and, depending on the table, either armchairs, chairs or sofas, plus a 12m-long marble table d'hôte designed by Philippe Starck. It's a trendy but friendly atmosphere for, say, meeting friends of an evening and sharing starters, but also sampling cocktails or the house's attractive selection of red and white wines. Matthias Marc, chef of Substance, opened this address and entrusted the kitchens to Jarvis Scott (whom he met on TV's Top Chef). In keeping with the interior design, variety (thanks in particular to a generous menu) and creativity converge here in the cuisine, too.
