An oasis of greenery in Paris's urbanised suburbs. As you walk through the wooded grounds of this 19C villa, you come across a vegetable garden, beehives and even a greenhouse for citrus fruit. In fine weather, a terrace with white parasols and fairy lights awaits guests. Breton chef Camille Saint-M'leux pays tribute to his region and its fish and seafood in dishes such as spider crab, aniseed broth or seared pollack, cucumber and watercress. Modern cuisine with plenty of pep.
