Wend your way along the narrow Rue Terral to this comfortable and attractively decorated restaurant. It is one of Montpellier’s most popular eateries and you will quickly understand why! It is impossible to resist Daniel Lutrand’s cuisine, which is both inspired and inspiring, refined and delicate, in a bid to showcase the region’s top producers as well as more unusual ingredients (such as barracuda). An example: Candillargues chicken served with artichoke and hazelnuts and a reduced jus. As well as the sensibly priced lunchtime menu, you’re in for a treat with the “surprise” menu which varies depending on the chef’s inspiration.
