Elegant Ti Trin Ned affords beautiful sea views – and it is the sea, the garden and the surrounding land that inspires their ‘One World’ menu. Sourcing is all-important and the chef-owner spends much time on their farm both planting and harvesting. Original, understated dishes have a classical base and real depth of flavour, and they offer juice matches as well as wine pairings.
