This family business is established in a refurbished house, whose open kitchen backs onto a splendid terrace, which, in turn, commands a knockout view over the valley and the village of Fayence. The food is steeped in Provençal flavours and aromas and keeps pace with the market and seasons, illustrated by tender roast saddle of rabbit in seasonal herbs and vegetables in a gutsy gravy. A handful of rooms available for overnight stays.
