The old village railway station plays host to this tiny 10-seater restaurant, where the raised seats at the counter are the best place to sit. Little sister to Laurel in Budapest, its multi-course set menu follows the same ethos, with modern dishes keeping Hungarian flavours to the fore. Watch the chefs preparing the dishes – before serving them personally – or, in summer, head out to the terrace, where they serve street food cooked on the Big Green Egg.
