Nick Bril takes you on a journey from Latin America and Asia to culinary paradise with dishes that reflect his personality. Each ingredient calls upon an incredible variety of combinations and techniques, yet the coherence between the delicate side dishes and the powerful main ingredient is consummate with gutsy sauces adding a final flourish. Examples include turbot smoked in Indian spices, curry and lovage, sprinkled with grey shrimp.
