An interpretive trail (800m) leads to a replica of a flat-bottomed ferry that Bill Menor operated from 1894 to 1927. Rangers re-enact the Snake River crossing in summer in the same fashion is Menor's service. His white log cabin is decorated as the country store he also once ran from the home.
