(The restaurant is temporarily closed.) There’s no sign at this discreet restaurant, but a receptionist will be waiting for you at your reservation time. As opposed to typical Sichuan stir-fries that can be numbing and spicy, Yu Zhi Lan serves up food cooked in various ways, with different flavour profiles. Set menus feature first-rate ingredients alongside some painstakingly made items such as hair-thin golden silk noodles. Dishes in the sets can be customised upon request.
