Sounding like something from Game of Thrones, Midwinter is a mock European castle with white bricks, set among 32 acres of rolling fields with views of Khaoyai mountains. The dining room mixes alpine and vintage designs under high ceilings. The international and Thai dishes boast farm-to-table and homegrown organic ingredients, like asparagus, greens, fruits and herbs. They produce their own dry-aged beef, smoked ham, pork leg, sausages and fresh pastries.
