The menu is a great homage to the Almadraba wild bluefin tuna, so it presents all its cuts and techniques, from the most humble to the noblest and tastiest. Recommendations? Try the tuna and truffle tosta or the tuna platter, where they offer a good selection of these different cuts (tartare, tataki, ventresca, and more).
