Il parere della Guida Michelin
The name refers to this restaurant’s location – perched on the sixth floor of the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Arts and affording brilliant views of the River Tyne. Formerly the Rank Hovis flour silo, before being transformed into a gallery in the 1990s, the building is an imposing and eye-catching presence in the city. A set menu comes in ‘Land and Sea’ and ‘Plant’ formats, delivering colourful dishes that are generous in both size and flavour, using fine produce like Portland crab and Dexter beef.
