Le Méjane is first and foremost a genuine institution, but it is also a pleasant establishment, dripping in contemporary elegance. It has recently been taken over by two seasoned chefs who met at Michel Bras. The fine produce of Aveyron features prominently: trout and sweetbread, without forgetting mythical local cheeses such as roquefort.
