After stints at Victor's FINE DINING by Christian Bau in Perl-Nennig and The Table Kevin Fehling in Hamburg, among others, here the chef cooks up a modern take on classic cuisine that attracts throngs of diners. In addition to excellent food, there is very friendly service and a tasteful interior with high ceilings, a striking chandelier, a large mirror and fine floorboards, as well as an open kitchen – all of which makes for a genuinely charming and lively atmosphere.
