In the upper reaches of the resort, the BFire is the encounter between Italian, Argentine and smoky charcoal flavours: Black Angus steak, grilled crayfish tails and enticing roasts to share (shoulder of lamb, rib of beef, trout). The concept is the brainchild of Mauro Colagreco (formerly of Mirazur, Menton), which more or less says it all! Cooked to perfection, tender, full-flavoured and generously served by a seamlessly efficient front of house team.
