Given the bountiful seafood in its waters, Norway seems like a natural home for a Japanese sushi spot. At this restaurant, the mirror-tiled walls and glitzy environment are in stark contrast to traditional Japanese décor, but former World Sushi Champion Vladimir Pak still offers a menu providing classic flavours and techniques. The ingredients are of excellent quality – be it tuna, salmon or eel – meaning that servings like the nigiri selection can really soar.
