Just behind the cathedral, this restaurant has been treated to a makeover and a new name, whilst retaining its culinary hallmark: expertly crafted, market-fresh recipes as full of flavour as they are flawlessly prepared. Examples include spider crab, crunchy veg and vinegar sorbet; whole grain risotto with asparagus, confit artichokes and an emulsion of wild garlic. Enduringly popular, all the more so because of the eater-friendly prices.
