There is an authentic feel to the dining area of this charming seafood restaurant. Adorned with various nostalgic photos of maritime scenes, it harks back to its opening year: 1983! Over the years, Het Nieuwe Palinghuis has earned a reputation for its classic fish dishes. The menu features langoustine with an intense nantua sauce, sole Véronique in a full-bodied white wine sauce, as well as a distinctively herby eel in green sauce. The dishes here have always been big on flavour, steering clear of any unnecessary frills. A firm favourite!
