Here, guests choose from an à la carte menu featuring lesser-known ingredients such as veal kidneys in dishes which are traditionally influenced yet also contemporary in style. An excellent restaurant in which to enjoy intensely flavoured sauces, top-quality ingredients and all the finesse of French cuisine.
