Our holiday house is located in a quiet part of Preko, the main town of beautiful green island of Ugljan. The house has 2 bright and spacious apartments, both overlooking the Adriatic Sea, ideal for relaxed holiday. The house is surrounded by a little Mediterranean garden, and has a parking available right next to the apartments. The house is located at the little hill, about 5-minute walk (230 m) to the seaside front, with different kinds of small beaches nearby (sand beach “Jaz” 500 m, pebble beaches in neighouring village Poljana 400 m). A big supermarket is only 700 m away. The centre of Preko town, with café bars, grocery shops and restaurants is 1.5 km away from the property, and the ferry port for the mainland is 2.5 km away.
