The hotel has completed the rooms refurbishment in September 2023. Without the Hotel’s prior written consent, the guest room shall not be used for commercial shooting, paid portrait photography, live streaming, group photography, or any similar venue purposes, nor shall professional equipment such as tripods or light stands be brought into the room. If such use is consented to in writing by the Hotel, it must be conducted at the designated time, area, and scope, and the applicable fees shall be paid. Bookings primarily for wedding-related ceremonies are not accepted for guest rooms. In the event of any violation of the above provisions, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking, refuse check in, or require immediate departure, without refunding any amounts paid, and further reserves the right to claim compensation for any losses incurred. Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in. Minors (under 18 years old) must register according to the facts and provide the contact information of their direct guardians. Hotel shall confirm the minor's accommodation information with their immediate guardian before check in. Rosewood Beijing only welcomes pets upon approval of pre-submitted requests. Pets are welcome at a RMB500 per room per night including cleaning fee and service charge. The hotel offers the following rules for guests and their animal family members so that all guests may enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay: 1.
